The Veterans Dive Center & Retreat was founded in 2024 in Cudjoe Florida to provide SCUBA training and experiences for service members. The project is funded by founders Patrick & Raven Tarmey through the revenues on their YouTube channel "Patty Mayo". Patrick & Raven did not serve in the military. Their inspiration comes from a love of the United States of America and the heros that protect her.
